One of the finest hospitals in the infertility department. I feel happy about starting my IVF treatment in this Hospital. Best doctors and very experienced. The Administration is Very good and all staffs are friendly and caring. There are a few things you all need to remember. First, you need time and then are patience. This will take time as the doctors won't rush. They will begin the treatment from stage 1 and move along. Sneh Hospital is the best when compared with other hospitals. Cost is manageable but it is worth every rupee. You won't regret spending the money after once you gave birth

I was in a depression because of not having baby even after 2 years of marriage. I visited Sneh hospital and they started regular pregnancy treatment, and I conceived within 3 months. And my both pregnancies were very risky because I was diabetic. They handled my high risk pregnancy very carefully. And I gave birth to 4.2 kg boy and 4.3 kg girl. Am so happy with their treatment. All of them are very well experienced doctors with very good behavior. Every staff is really good at their job.

IVF FAQ

1. What is the success rate of IVF?

Well, the success rate of IVF depends on various factors such as age, quality of sperm, egg, embryo etc. Women under the age of 35 have a 55% success rate in the very first cycle. With increasing age, the success rate of IVF pregnancy decreases.

2. What is the cost of IVF?

The cost of IVF varies from clinic to clinic. However, the average cost of IVF in Ahmedabad ranges from Rs. 90,000 to Rs.2,50,000 except medical bills, medications and some other expenses.

3. What is the maximum age to undergo IVF treatment?

This is partially incorrect. IVF has higher chances of multiple pregnancies but does not always result in twins. Around 30-40% of women have multiple pregnancies through IVF treatment.

6. Are IVF babies healthy and safe?

IVF babies are born completely safe and healthy mentally and physically with no birth defects. Studies say that IVF babies are as normal as the babies born through natural conception.

7. Is egg retrieval in IVF painful?

As egg retrieval is done under anesthesia, the patient may not feel any pain during this process. But after 2-3 days of egg retrieval, the patient may experience abdominal pain or bloating for a week.

8. When do I need an IVF?

Nowadays, many couples are facing fertility challenges. IVF is recommended, if there are factors such as recurrent miscarriage or pregnancy loss, damaged or blocked fallopian tube, anovulation, unexplained infertility, low ovarian reserve, endometriosis, or male factor infertility such as low sperm count, poor quality sperm etc.

9. Can infertility be cured?

It depends on certain conditions. There are some conditions which can be corrected through minor or major surgeries, while there are some which cannot be corrected and couples will have to choose fertility treatment to conceive.
